Miss O 4 year old Pictures

Some of you might know this little beauty.  She's mine!!! She is my feisty 4 year old.  These shots were taken in Down town Elko.  She was bribed and was so stinking good for me that she may have gotten double treats out of me! I am loving experimenting with new spots in the area.  If you have a favorite please let me know I would love to hear about them!

I'm BACK

Here I am whohoo!  After an almost two year hiatus from shooting I decided it was time for me to come back.
I did not intend to take a whole two years almost completely off, it just sort of happened.  Let's just say "hey life got in the way".  As a matter of fact I really was enjoying being a mom and still do.  In my two years off I had my fourth and final addition and FINALLY moved to Nevada.  I am now located in Spring Creek, Nevada but plan to serve all surrounding areas.


 I really cannot put into words how much I love Nevada.  I never really thought it was possible to love Sagebrush and dirt, but I do and I am excited to be here for a while and meet new people as I did in Idaho.  I miss you Idaho clients like crazy, but keep checking back because I might just make some trips you way and have a few spots available. 


Expect changes!  My price have changed a complete price list will be posted soon.  My availability has changed, I will be limiting my appointments as to not get overwhelmed and be able to be the best mom I possibly can be.  Studio shots will be limited to BABIES ONLY!  At least for now.  My house is small and I cannot fit anymore than one child.  I hope to change that soon.  Those are only a few changes but there will be more updates to come.  I am so very thankful for all of my blessings and the talent the Lord has provided me with and am eager to share it with Nevada!

Little Miss L

Oh my can we all say baby hungry.  This sweet thing lasted through a long session mostly because her Mom and I had some catching up to do.  Boy was she a sweet heart.  Dad preferred us not to do naked pics but we snuck a couple in just because I couldn't resist.  Baby girls are just to much fun.  We chose to keep this session sweet and simple just how I like it.  Thanks Katie can't wait to take more pics of this sweet thing with her two older brothers!

Okay the title is a played off from two last names merged together.  A while back I posted about a Dad that found himself single.  He is such a good friend of mine and I remember telling him that it will all make sense soon enough.  Well I am proud to say I was right!  I think he has found it.  I am so happy to see him happy with such a fantasic amazing lady by his side.  I wish this future family the best and am so glad that they found each other in the most wierd and twisted sort of way.  Love you guys!

Oh how I love seeing kids year after year,  It is so fun to see them grow up.  I have been photographing this family for I think 4 years.  Wow time flies.  I have to say this is the first time they have had a 2 year old little boy.  We had a hard time getting him proactive about his picture but I think we got some good ones.  Thanks Willis' I hope I get to see you again next year or rather August!

I'm a little scared!

Now that I am no longer working at the hospital I really want to work on increasing my buisness.  I want to get more things for my studio allow more options.  I have always been a pretty classic photographer and have stuck to it since first doing photography six years ago but while I want to stay true to who I am, I also want people to want to come to me and not get bored.  That is why over the course of this year I will be adding backdrops, props and even more fun to my photography. I need to get the word out without the feeling like I am pressuring people or over doing it (so to speak).  I am thinking I might add a fan page to facebook and possibly twitter.  What do you think, there are so many out there already, will mine get lost?  Will everyone just roll their eyes and one more person selling themselves.  I would love feedback.  Help I am very shy when it comes to showing my work off.  Help guide me!

Grover Family Faves

These pics were taken before Christmas and we actually spilt the session so this family could have some taken out side and some in the studio.  Aren't these kiddos tooooooo cute.  I had so much fun with this family.  Laura and I have known each other most of our lives but just recently found each other on facebook.  We talked hard while we saw each other.  It was so fun to see her and her family.

 I love this pic.  Her Momma played basketball in High School and this little one will be blessed with the height to do so also so her Mom wanted a pic with her little with the basketball and all dressed girly LOVE IT!
